Notes

  • This episode was taped October 31, 2017. It aired on a special day, on Tuesday at December 5th, instead of its normal Thursday timeslot.
  • In the flashback to New York 1912, the cast played different characters: Eric McCormack played Billem Van Williams; Debra Messing played his wife, Fanny Van Williams; Sean Hayes played John Patrick McGee; Megan Mullally played Karolyn O'Sullivan; and Leslie Jordan played Charlie.
  • Leslie Jordan was again incorrectly credited in the end credits as "Beverly Leslie" instead of "Beverley Leslie." He did not actually appear in the episode as Beverley Leslie, only in the flashback scenes as Charlie the newspaper boy.
  • During the opening title sequence, the "Will & Grace" title card had ornaments hanging from the letters.
  • The end credits were shown over bloopers and outtakes from the filming of the episode.
  • A painting of Debbie Reynolds hangs over the fireplace in the 1912 flashback scenes.
  • This episode features the song "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" by Judy Garland, sung by Grace before fading into the Judy Garland version during the end credits.
