Plot Synopsis

Will promises not to interfere when he learns that Grace has gotten romantically involved with his boss, Ben. Meanwhile, Jack finds Rosario having an affair with Gardener, and she requests a divorce from Jack, who fears losing Karen's financial support.

• Rosario and Jack divorce. Jack gets nothing in the settlement, and he moves in with Will. Will makes a deal to be made a partner and get a raise, but it's unclear if that actually happened.
• Karen mentioned looking at an island in the previous episode, "My Best Friend's Tush".
• Klaus Von Puppy and Guapo both appear in this episode.
• This episode was split into two episodes for syndication. Some scenes were edited or removed in the syndicated versions. (The Season 2 DVD box set has the two individual edited versions, not the hour-long version.)
• Grace reads that "Janet Eisenberg, 33, and David Bromberg, 35, are getting married." Janet Eisenberg is Max Mutchnick's real-life "Grace" and she and David were married that week.
